I believe it’s possible to live with monk-like calm while still showing up for your family, your work, and the unfolding of your life.
I’m living through it all — marriage, motherhood, career, moments of clarity, moments of uncertainty, and all the ordinary seasons of being human.
You don’t have to live on a mountaintop to awaken. You can meet yourself right here, within the life you already have.
My mission is to give you the tools to discover that for yourself.
For more than a decade, I’ve led mindfulness and personal growth programs in companies, studios, schools, and conferences across the U.S. and Europe. My work helps people reduce stress, sharpen focus, and build emotional intelligence.
Currently, I work full-time in people development, leading professional development programs, including mindfulness initiatives.
In my own searching, I have completed many meditation programs and certifications to offer the most effective tools to help anyone discover themselves more deeply.
Mindfulness is a return to clarity, calm, and presence. My students tell me that I bring warmth, authenticity, and lived experience to every session, guiding others toward inner steadiness and self-discovery.

Join me in meditations knitted together to inspire calm, inner spaciousness and emotional clarity.

I believe in taking a practical approach to meditation.
The foundation of my methodology blends emerging behavioral science with the ancient wisdom of mindfulness to help my students master:
This helps students reduce stress, release unwanted habits, and continue a path of self-healing and transformation.
I was born in Lithuania as one of five kids in a loving and musical household. All of us played instruments, and I found my own form of rhythm in sports, becoming a professional athlete at just 14. But it didn’t take long to realize that chasing trophies wasn’t the same as chasing fulfillment.
As a first-generation college student, I was taught from early on that education was the foundation of a meaningful life. I completed my undergraduate studies in engineering and continued with graduate studies in executive coaching. I felt truly blessed as many of my lifelong dreams came true. I got what I believed would make me happy. Yet beneath every success and cultural label, I found myself still searching for meaning.
Traveling the world stirred my quest for something deeper. In 2005, while living in New York, I began a decades-long transformational journey, becoming a certified coach, guiding others through career transitions, the pursuit of happiness, and the discovery of life’s purpose. Helping others uncover their passions illuminated my own — the longing for direct experience of inner freedom.
After years of attending retreats, trainings, and immersing myself in teachings from great spiritual masters, I began to see a paradox: the more I sought wisdom outside myself, the more alone I felt inside. This was my rollercoaster of spiritual bypassing. I avoided the present moment in pursuit of enlightenment.
The truth was so much closer than I was willing to see. Everything I was looking for already lay within. I just needed to find a way to access it. The journey inward to silence, the one we often resist, became my greatest challenge and my deepest teacher. Going within was the only way out.
In 2012, I became a secular guided meditation teacher in Lithuania, continued this work in the United Kingdom, and later, upon return to the United States in 2015, expanded even further.
Today, I am a mantra artist and meditation teacher. My work brings all of those threads together: music, curiosity, mindfulness, and a relentless pursuit to live from inner truth.
As a lifelong seeker, I believe it’s possible to awaken to the unfolding freedom within. My hope is to help others experience this awareness, just like many teachers have shown me all along: It begins within…
With deep gratitude to my family, friends, all my teachers, students, and fellow explorers,
Rina Rain
