The Voice that Embraces the Soul

Mantra is one of the most transcendent forms of music and one of the oldest tools for spiritual evolution. Each mantra is an invitation to listen deeply. Tune in to your own voice and wisdom within.

"The power she channels is also a direct neurological intervention… Her music is, in effect, a finely tuned frequency designed to guide the brain toward stillness and protective resilience, validating the practice as both spiritual guidance and an evidence-based tool for dissolving fear."

Whispers of Rain

An Album For Contemplation & Deep Peace

This album was born from a moment of listening to my inner voice and true soul’s calling.

In early 2025, I was at a crossroads. I could not hold my voice inside any longer. After a profound experience on my birthday, I felt an urgent pull to begin chanting. Holding the vibrations of these ancient sounds helped me release layers of inner suffering and return to the stillness inside.

What led me here is alive within all of us. Whispers of Rain is an invitation to experience what it feels like to awaken to that light within. Find the inner voice that will lead you to inner knowing.

Vocals and composition by Rina Rain. Production and music composition by Alvydas Mačiulskas. Co-production, mixing & mastering by Ben Leinbach.

Mantra comes from the Sanskrit meaning “a tool for the mind” — a sacred sound that steadies attention and opens the doorway to inner stillness.

"Her hypnotizing vocals wash over us providing a sense of profound calm. That immense tranquility is something we all long for, especially in these trying times."

Becoming Rina Rain

Black and white photo of a smiling woman with long, light hair wearing a white shirt, necklace, and watch, looking upwards with her hand touching her neck—capturing a peaceful moment as if in mantra meditation.

I was born in Lithuania as one of five kids in a loving and musical household. All of us played instruments, and I found my own form of rhythm in sports, becoming a professional athlete at just 14. But it didn’t take long to realize that chasing trophies wasn’t the same as chasing fulfillment.

As a first-generation college student, I was taught from early on that education was the foundation of a meaningful life. I completed my undergraduate studies in engineering and continued with graduate studies in executive coaching. I felt truly blessed as many of my lifelong dreams came true. I got what I believed would make me happy. Yet beneath every success and cultural label, I found myself still searching for meaning.

A Buddha statue with a beaded necklace sits on a wooden surface beside a burning candle, incense stick, sage bundle, and a small bowl—creating a peaceful meditation space for mantra practice.

Traveling the world stirred my quest for something deeper. In 2005, while living in New York, I began a decades-long transformational journey, becoming a certified coach, guiding others through career transitions, the pursuit of happiness, and the discovery of life’s purpose. Helping others uncover their passions illuminated my own — the longing for direct experience of inner freedom.

After years of attending retreats, trainings, and immersing myself in teachings from great spiritual masters, I began to see a paradox: the more I sought wisdom outside myself, the more alone I felt inside. This was my rollercoaster of spiritual bypassing. I avoided the present moment in pursuit of enlightenment.

The truth was so much closer than I was willing to see. Everything I was looking for already lay within. I just needed to find a way to access it. The journey inward to silence, the one we often resist, became my greatest challenge and my deepest teacher. Going within was the only way out.

In 2012, I became a secular guided meditation teacher in Lithuania, continued this work in the United Kingdom, and later, upon return to the United States in 2015, expanded even further.

Today, I am a mantra artist and meditation teacher. My work brings all of those threads together: music, curiosity, mindfulness, and a relentless pursuit to live from inner truth.

As a lifelong seeker, I believe it’s possible to awaken to the unfolding freedom within. My hope is to help others experience this awareness, just like many teachers have shown me all along: It begins within…
